Uganda is known for its eco-friendly "paper bead" jewellery—colorful beads made by rolling strips of recycled paper and sealing them with varnish. This style has gained international popularity and is often associated with women's empowerment projects.

It empowers the widows at Abba Father's House support and they use this technique to produce beautiful examples of this art to sell as a source of income.
